The Ontario Municipal Elections Act regulates municipal election campaign finances including donations and spending limits.

Please Keep Your Hard Earned Money

Daryl O'Shea is of the opinion that tax payers should not, where and when possible, be asked to foot the costs associated with individual candidates' campaigns. As such Daryl is not seeking donations towards his campaign and plans to self fund his campaign. He thanks the many people who have offered to donate to his campaign for their support.

Update: Sometimes grandparents won't take no for an answer. I've now accepted some money from them.
